Jan Hus

Jan Hus, from Husinec, kingdom of Bohemia.

He was a Czech priest but also a philosopher, reformer, and master at Charles University in Prague.

He was been accused for heresy against the doctrines of the Catholic Church.

He has been burned at the stake on 6 july 1415. Even when his body was totally burned, they plunged his heart placed on ashes.

Old Prague

I also like to see how Charles Bridge looks a century ago. Not so different from now.

At the castle

The photo has been taken by my dear friend Jean Rost. He has visited Prague last weekend in the companion of Jacky, from Vienna.

Naturally the photo has been taken in Hradčany, the Prague castle area.

Moonlight

Last night I felt to make a walk through the lanes of Prague.

While I was walking I noticed a magical light came from above, lighting up the Old Town Hall Tower. Yesterday the spires of the tower seemed reach the moon.
